Welcome to wicked sims :D
First of all, I removed your email address because it's not a good idea to put your email address out in public (registration isn't required to read the forum)--people can contact you by clicking either the email button or the pm button in your profile (and at the bottom of each of your posts).

Secondly, you should check out our "tutorials" section and our "help" section. There are links to tutorials to help you out with learning how to make sims stuff, and there are other helpful links like "How to Extract RAR Files" (http://www.wickedsims2.com/extractrar.php)

When it comes to meshes, our creators always give links to meshes that you need, sometimes the meshes are included in the zip/rar files...for instance, Sshodan's hair isn't just recolors, it's also got the mesh in there....

There are lots of help pages with lots of pictures to try to help you step-by-step. So you should take some time and read them. Hopefully they will help you :)

I am glad you like the downloads here and I hope you continue to enjoy your time here !

Welcome to Wicked Sims!

Hey, if you are really interested in creating objects, first I'd follow Jessica's advice above.  Then, since knowledge is power, I'd check out the tutorials on MTS2 at www.modthesims2.com

Also, many other Sims2 sites have tutorials and suggestions.  Frankly, there's so much help available, you should be creating in no time!

Good luck to you, and I can't wait to see what you create first!
