This is based on one of my favorite avatars...some of you may remember that I used this picture as my avatar before my current one....
It is called "Queen of Hearts Fairy"
I have made three versions, a Child Sim, a Teen Sim and an Adult Sim. The Teen and Adult version can be found HERE (http://www.wickedsims2.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=22).
Unfortunately they don't have the perfect hair mesh (I couldnt find an acceptable free one to recolor and use) nor the scepter/wand since I couldnt find a good mesh for that either.
I tried to do the dress similar but not exactly like the picture.
