Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean
Well I put this community lot together because I needed ONE community lot where I could do everything (short of clubbing or buying pets lol), and all the ones I had downloaded were too big to load up quickly on my poor old computer or they were only focused on one thing.
I decided that even if it looks bad on the outside, someone else might want the same thing I wanted so I'd share it with you guys.
I call it One-Stop Shop because it's the only place you need in your neighborhoods to fufill your sims basic needs.
I have all expansion packs but I'm not sure I used stuff from all of them--I think I might have though. Sorry :(
I know the lot isn't that good, so if you want to give me constructive criticism, please do. There's no fancy photography or anything but I did try to lighten the pictures a tiny bit so you could see it better.
The lot is completely ready-to-go just put it in your neighborhood and start sending your sims there :)

4 x 5 lot size
2 bathrooms by the pool (each bathroom has a wall dividing the toilets/sinks and the showers/tubs--male bathrooms have urinals also)
1 restaurant (with kitchen)
1 olympic-sized pool
Shopping center has: clothing, pool table, dart board, groceries, buyable games, magazines, perfume/cologne, and pet collar display
Lot can run without employees, but if one of your sims purchases the deed to the lot, the lot will need at least 5 employees to run properly--2 cashiers and 3 restaurant employees.
