This is Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

I made her in both her casual outfit and her ballgown. Both versions of her are slightly different so I suggest downloading both versions...

I dont think you'll need any expansion packs but if you get the expansion pack error, install her with Clean Installer :)

Very good work, i love Belle, but im having problems getting the mesh for the ball gown, the site just says uploading in progress but it dont load the dress, and i really want to make her a princess, is there another way to get the mesh for this dress???

this was my favourite fairy tale as a child lol... seems weird to see her as a sim :P
