This is part of a street I made in the game during my 1-day vacation from the internet lol It is based on a neighborhood I visited once where all the houses were basically the same but their layouts were slightly varied.
There are 2 versions: furnished and unfurnished. Both versions are decorated outside though.
3 x 4 lot size (medium)
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (although if you just download the unfurnished version, you could use the rooms for whatever you want--or start a home business)...plus theres a 2-car garage you could convert into a rec room or gym or something.
