Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean
This is a tiny restaurant/bar I made while waiting for my internet to start working again. In the pictures, it looks way bigger than it actually is lol
It is a community lot obviously. You can also use it as a "business", but if you do, you will need at least 4 employees (1 cook, 1 bartender, 1 server, 1 host/hostess)
Lot Size: 3 x 1 (smallest)
Cost to purchase as a business: $48,371 (might be less now that I cleaned it out with Clean Installer)

There are also recolors of maxis items that I used, I'm not sure if they were included in the lot though, they dont show up in Clean Installer.
