Title: 7852 Main Street

Hi  :D
It's been a LONG while since I uploaded anything mainly due to my life getting in the way  :blink But I have finally made it  :grin
This is a medium sized residential lot for your bachelor sims or maby a high income family with a teenager.

The home consists of two floors with the ground floor containing the two story livingroom with dining area and an open fireplace, kitchen with island and access to the pool area in the back. The pool is totally surrounded by glass and those cold winter days are perfect to sit inside with a nice cup of cocoa and look at the snow falling  :D
There is also the study/tv room, master bedroom and the master bath and access to the two car garage.

The 1st floor has a large entertainment area with a balcony overlooking the livingroom below aswell as a spare bedroom with a private terasse facing the back of the lot.
The house is modern in style and in the pictures it's furnished to give you an idea what rooms are what :)

The uploaded lot however is not furnished since most of it was pay stuff.

this is absolutely amazing
and now im even more upset because i want this house and i cant have it  :cry i will be able to get it eventually though lol

Thanks :) I'm glad you like it. Most objects where collected from different sites where I'm a member. Many came from TSR and such and I couldn't include them in the download since they are Pay site stuff  :(
