100 Foster Ave is on a 2*2 lot price at 32,190 one bedroom one bathroom,no custom content.Has a nice pool in the back with a grill and lounge chairs.I know I said all eps but I don't think you need Uni to play this lot.Please enjoy  :D

Thank you for the great comments,I was happy with the back yard the pool I put in before looked a little x rated so I had to tweak it a bit.I really am glad you like my lots  :D
