This is another of my townhomes for the Sim Avenue series.
As the previous one this has two homes attached by a brick wall. both homes have three floors and it comes furnished only with appliances and plumbing.
It uses no custom content but does require university to function properly.
It is based on real floorplans I found on the internet and as the other ones it might have some smaller rooms that are too small to use but thats the price I had to pay to try to make them accurate :?
