This is based on an actual houseplan from one of those houseplan websites. I had to alter it a little bit though for the game.

I also used the invisible driveway, but since it doesnt show up in clean installer, i dont think it got picked up in the lot, so you may need to go download it here (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875) and add it :)
There are also recolors of maxis items that I used, I'm not sure if they were included in the lot though, they dont show up in Clean Installer.
