This is a lot with only one house, it is a townhouse none the less.
This one was constructed pre-nightlife so you will need to update the garage to a "real" one if you want to use it.
It has three floors and the only furnishing are the appliances and plumbing. The rest is maxis made stuff to keep the size down to a minimum.
It is a brick house with kind of a "New York" feel to it I hope and it is the template I am using for my new New York neighborhood that I will be continuing as soon as I get my computer back from the workshop :D
