So, the Old Crow has alighted here, after all... Everything will remain the same, since the Old Crow is not so obtrusive. It's going to introduce itself, now... (usually, I do not refer to myself in third person, but "now" is not "usually")

I'm Mauro, 48 years old (currently) from Turin, Italy (next desert on this world...)

It's quite alright to refer to ones self in the third person.  It helps one to take a reflective step away from ones self and see what others see...wanna try something hard? Try refererring to yourself in the fifth person XD
