ALL EP'S REQUIRED  [except seasons since i don't have it]
Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean

1bedroom, 1 bathroom in each of the duplexes. Some people might call these townhouses or condos or apartments, but whatever, you can lock the doors so you can have as many different people or couples living on the same lot but in separate "houses".

Sorry no furnished version this time.
