Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean
This was available during TS2 Community Exhibition we participated in this past week. Now that the exhibition is over, this creation is only available here.
The house comes in two versions: unfurnished (exterior decor only), and completely furnished
Lot Size: 2 x 2 (small)

There are also recolors of maxis items that I used, I'm not sure if they were included in the lot though, they dont show up in Clean Installer.
I also used the invisible driveway by roddyaleixo but it didnt show up in Clean Installer (So I guess it didn't attach itself to the lot?), so you will need to go HERE (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875) and get it
