This Faircourt Lane home is made for those new sims out on their own. At under 20k, this home exhibits same the craftmanship as a more pricey home.
A spacious living room starts this home off. The kitchen sports a seperated dining area. And lastly, a hallway across from the kitchen leads to the 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

I just realized that there is no door from the garage to the kitchen. I'm having some game problems and I can't fix it. You'll have to add your own. I'm sorry.
