Hello!! :grin
I am finally back with a new lot, my current work doesen't give me much free time to play the game but I took some time to finish this lot for you :D
I call it 1900 Cross Road and it's an unusually built home in the shape of a cross. The kitchen is situated in the center of the home with clear view in all direction as you are cooking, very handy for the sims with small children! :)
Price: 109.715 simoleans and built on a medium sized lot
The home has a nice patio with a pool and sundeck aswell as balconies in every direction for lazy evenings with a glass of lemonade.
It has two spacious bedrooms on the first floor with two bathrooms and a sitting area with panorama windows over the neighborhood.
The ground floor houses both kitchen area, diningroom, sittingroom and a large utility room and an office.
The house is minimally furnished with just some basic stuff to give you an idea of what the rooms are for but the rest is up to you :)
It uses custom content that you can see in the pictures above from clean installer and I give a big thank you to all the wonderful creators out there :grin
