Hello  :hi

Here is a brand new lot I made yesterday. I am currently making a suburban hood and I wanted a full street of the exact same houses for a more realistic suburb. Here in Sweden you will often find streets in towns with the same houses up and down the street.

This is called Morgans Terrace and the house is pre-fab with all the essentials. The only CC used are the beach windows and the entrance door that fitted perfectly with the house I wanted.
It is a smaller type of house with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a bathroom. the downstairs has a adjoined garage, kitchen/dining/living space and a small bathroom. The utilityroom leads into the garage and on the back is a small patio for the family  :)

The lot is valued to 43.274 simoleans and is perfect for your starting little family.
