Title: 200 Great Rd [Bon,NL,Pets]

200 Great Rd is one bedroom,one bath, 2*2, 23,980 lot.You need to have Bon,NL and Pets for this lot to work.I made sure to leave enough room for a driveway or whatever you want to add.Oh and I didn't use any custom content.Enjoy! :D
