Hello again everyone
This time its 364 Victoria Street.
A charming little house on a medium sized lot.
Built in stone and wood with fireplaces and a large elevated patio on the back.
The specs:
2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with walk in closet)
2 baths
Large living area with open fireplace
Diningroom joined with the kitchen with door out to the patio.
This lot costs 88.581 simoleons and comes a bit furnished but not much.
The ground is snow covered.
