Time for another lot from one of my favourite TV-shows "Charmed"
This time I tried making the club P3 that Piper runs.
As with the manor, the floorplans don't match so I have tried to puzzle together from pictures and some blueprints I found on the web, but it was hard :shock:
The buildings in the back of the club are for decoration only since I needed the alley behind the club. As of that there are no doors leading into those buildings so your NPC's don't stroll off into them :lol:
It is a community lot that your sims can buy and run for themselves :) The lot is NOT fully decorated since it would have required lots of custom content, the only thing I used that was custom was the walls, the Neon signs and the decorative trashcans and dumpsters.
The only rooms that are decorated are the club itself, the office, the restroom and the kitchen. The rest of the rooms are empty since I have no idea what they are supposed to be :shock: Also the shots I have from the club are all very dark so I'm not sure what the real wallpaper looks like so I just downloaded some black ones from MTS2 :P

great job. My guys are starting to venture out from GAYVILLE and I'm sure they are going to need a place to socialize. Besides P3 always seemed to get good bands. Thankyou for P3 and makeing it easy to find the extras needed to show up in the club. Sometimes all I get is the web site then I have to find the item. You made it much simplier. :)

Thanks :D I'm glad you like it :) I have had the same problem with people just linking to the website and not to the page containing the stuff so I decided I would make it a bit easier :) Glad it helped :)

It seems it has been removed from MTS2 and I can't locate it anywhere :( I will keep looking and post here if i find it ok.

I had downloaded the file from mts2 when you posted this lot up...mts2_pixiestyx_Charmedp3.rar
maybe if you go to mts2 and find pixiestyx you can ask her why the thread was deleted and where the sign is now available...she might have moved it to another website.
It's a rework of DOT's neon sign mesh available at tsr so maybe someone else can re-make it if pixie doesnt want to re-post it anywhere...you cant really have a p3 without the sign lol

I gave permission to Henrik to post the 2 files (p3 and dot's) here. I myself no longer have it and MTS2 is the one who removed the post that it was on. I have no idea why. :?
As for this lot download you have here. AWSOME work. :) I will just have to download it if you put up the sign again

Hope it works :D You should punish your hubby by hiding the remote to the tv :lol:

:lol: Hiding the remote wont work. I always seem to misplace it as it is :lol: And it is always right next to me covered in the blankets go figure. But maybe hiding the power cord to his PS2 :P
As for this a week or 2 ago I had someone else ask for the P3 sign and couldn't help them. So today I gave them this addy and told them what a wonderful job you did on the lot.

:evil: but im having troble getting it onto the game, it downloads on to desk top and its in the sim body-shop package installer but when i doble click that it dosnt say install it says :
please double click a costom content package file to install this content.
i dont no what happend it like this with all lots :cry:

I have heard of this problem earlier, it seems the game sometimes uses the wrong package installer when trying to install the files. You could try to right-click the package file, then choose "open with..." and then browse to the folder "Program files/EA GAMES/The Sims 2 Open for Business/CSBin" there you choose the Packageinstaller.exe file to open the lot with. If this doesent work you could download the Clean Installer from MTS2 and try using that one. I hope this helps :)

That happens to me a lot too, and not just with lots, also with sims. Try installing WinRAR and The Sims 2 pack clean installer and if that doesn't work it might just require an expansion that you don't have.

I just put P3 in my game (IT ROCKS BTW) and the sign is not there. A big flamingo is. I read all the posts and you said it was in there, but I don't see it. I even opened it up with Sim2Pack and it's not there. ARRRGGG. Can someone please help me? I'll give my email if someone would be so kind as to email it to me. Please. Thank you.

To get the sign to work you need to download the base mesh made by pixiestyx at MTS2 I think. I might have to write that in the first post :blink

Hi Pixie, would it be possible to upload the file at Charmed - Sims 2 Style as well??? pretty please....... in fact you should join and upload them yourself, we'd be pleased to have you!! Henrik is a member too.
Didn't realise it was MTS who removed your file, HOW DARE THEY ;) - seriously though I think they're getting rid of a lot of stuff from people who haven't posted recently. All the Aimoss stuff says "unsupported" for example. I think they're running out of space and trying to come up with different ways of sorting it - Delphy was talking about deleting old PMs last week....
Oh and by the way Henrik - your lots are just great!!
