Time for the fourth lot from Suburbia Lane :)

This is a two apartment lot with two identical apartments. They both have 3 bedrooms, large livingroom, two bathrooms and kitchen. They also have a small storage room by the front door.

The outside has a small patio and a swing and sandbox for the children :)

It is newly built and is modern style :)

The lot costs 114.222 Simoleans and it's a residential lot.
