Hi :)
Time for another house :D

This is 1013 Magnolia Street. A large house that I think go well in a suburban neighborhood. The house covers four floors including the basement and can easily house a large family.

The house is built only with original maxis content and uses no hacks.

I was inspired to make this lot when I was making the Camden house from the TV-show "7th Heaven" that can be found in the Famous Lots section :)
The exterior uses the same features as the house used in the pilot but the interior is not the same as in the original house. Although I have borrowed some features from it :)

The house costs 535.234 simoleans.

Floor by floor:
Basement: Entertainment room with pool and dart, gym and a utilityroom.

Ground floor: Hall, diningroom, study, toilet, familyroom and kitchen.

1st floor: Master suite, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Attic: 1 bedroom, bathroom and storage room.

Total Bedrooms: 5
Total Baths: 4

The garden has a nice shaded barbeque area with grill and even a swing for the children :)

The lot is fully decorated and furnished and even comes with a car :D
