Time for another house on Magnolia Street :)
This is a large luxury home with room for a big family :)
Located just by the canal it has a wonderful view from the largest of the two patio's and in the summer evenings you can just sit there and feel the breeze while watching the boats sail by :)

It uses only maxis made furniture except from what's stated below:

Love your houses. I swore off downloading custom houses and learning to make my own. But I had to have this lot. LOL! Thank you for all your hard work.
