Title: Requested Lot by Breena. "OFB"
Post by: Henrik on May 09, 2006, 03:24:15 AM: This is a lot that was requested by Breena in the request forum.
I tried making it as close as I could to the floorplan you attached but there are limitations in the game and I didn't want to alter it too much so the stairs look a bit different and so does the 1st floor but I hope you like it :)

This is a modern home with three bedrooms, family room, open kitchen and three bathrooms.
The lot is totally unfurnished except from plumbing and kitchen appliances. I thought it would be best if you where able to furnish it yourself Breena :D

The lot is built on a medium sized lot and costs 62.487 simoleans.

The outside is somewhat decorated modeled from what I could see in the picture but the rest is empty.

**Requires University, Nightlife and Open for Business**

**Uses NO custom content**

Thanks :D It was hard since many of the features needed aren't there in sims yet but i did my best :D

I suppose the style is considered modern though I really think the brick/stones give it a sort of rough chic feel to it. I know you did this awhile ago but I really wanted to comment on this and I hope it's okay. Maybe I should have said this in a PM instead?
