Well here it is, my version of Central Perk from the TV show friends.

The lot contains both Central Perk, a clothing store on the corner, grocery store, a bistro and two gamestores. The upper floors are prepared for apartments and the floorplans are made but they are not decorated or furnished. I leave that up to you  :)

Please note that this lot contains LOTS of custom content and since some of it is from paysites it is not included in the download. All that is included are made by maxis except from the logo for Central Perk that was made by me, it does however require the CEP package to show.

When you first install it remember it will not look like in the pictures unless you have first downloaded the items below.
The things you dont have in your version of the game will show up like the original mesh they where created from.
This is a community lot.

First you need to download the windows. You need the Lafenetre windows and they can be found on TSR2, just search for lafenetre and you will find them.

Thanks :) I'm glad you like them :) I usually browse the internet for floorplans and then take it from there, or look at photos of buildings :)
