I was visiting some friends in Texas and they took me to Six Flags for the day.  On the way through Arlington, I caught a glimpse of this home from the highway and made a general nuisance of myself for them to get off the highway and find the house so I could see it more clearly....they told me to shut up, we were going to Six Flags and I could house hunt tomorrow.

Sooo, the next day they drove me past the home, I talked them into stopping, and I got out of the car and introduced myself to the owners.  I started to call this one Clever Balance because beauty and balance are the hallmarks of this home's exterior, while a clever combination of openness and seclusion marks the floor plan.  I loved the raised kitchen in the original, and tried to duplicate that.  

Despite its humble exterior, this home has 4+ bedrooms, including the apartment over the renovated garage, which is now an exercise/rec room.  You want a legacy home without the legacy price?  This home is for you.  Or, like me, maybe you have a couple of fortune aspiration Sims just starting out.  You are going to need the space this home provides.  Or maybe you just want another cute home to place in your upscale neighborhood.  Whatever the case, I love this home, and so do my Sims.

Thanks!  The house isn't really all that massive, it just fills the smaller lot pretty well, giving the illusion that it's a lot bigger than it is.  But like I've said: Truth isn't important, but the Perception is.
