Hello everyone! 
It has been a looooong time since I uploaded here but here is a lot I made today

This is Prescott Place Apartments, a building with four attached apartments, all with their own entrance and patio.
They all have the same layout with two of them mirrored. All apartments have three levels with hallways connecting the levels.

Prescott Street Apartments was a run down block but after being bought by the wealthy realestate developer Morian McSim it was quickly renovated and is now looked upon as a perfect example of what you can do with old run down buildings. The four apartments are both spacious and modern and all the fittings are state of the art!

Lots size: 5x3 (medium sized lot)
Price: 376.378 simoleans (for the whole block, to turn into apartments read the info below!!)
Apartment info:
Entrance floor: Hallway, bath,sitting room, kitchen, patio.
First floor: two large bedrooms, bath
Second floor: Master bedroom suite with private bath.

TIP: The third floor is only the attic with floors and walls, can easily be converted into living areas for all or one apartment.

To turn the lot into apartments:
Furnish the apartments with all the basic furniture that your NPCs might need, bed, tables, lamps, phones etc.
After this is done open up the cheat window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
In the window now type: ChangeLotZoning apartmentbase and hit Enter.
Done

The lot requires all available expansion and stuff packs! Uses only maxis content!

You are welcome I haven't been much active in the sims community as of late, much to do with my workload, I just don't have the energy to play the game anymore. I am however gonna try to get back into it. I look so much forward to the new apartment pack and I hope that will trigger my love for the game again

Henrik / The Edwards Farm (Little House on The Prairie)

This lot is one of my other favorites in the show. I think this house looks so cozy and inviting even though its simple and pretty small.
It is the house occupied for a time in the show by Mr Edwards, his wife Grace and their three adoptive children.

The house has a small kitchen, living area and two small bedrooms. There is an outhouse and a bath tub can be found in the barn.

A big thank you to the wonderful creators of CC, BeosBoxBoy, Cashcraft and all others!

The house is simple in furnishing but is full of love 

I hope you like it!

Cost: 49.502 simoleans and is built on a medium sized lot.

One of my favorite shows is Little house   

I love the stories about the Ingalls family and Mrs Olesen is the best villain in ANY show 

That said I give you The Little House on The Prairie for your game

The lot is made on the biggest lot available to be able to fit all the stuff from the farm.
You have the house itself complete with wooden stove, fireplace, beds and tables. There was no electricity so you will only find some oil lamps for lighting.
The only modern thing you will find is the vintage payphone since they need a phone to be able to go anywhere 

All the custom content is included and credit goes to BeosBoxBoy and all the other wonderful makers of CC for the game. Love you

Will you still work in my game if I don't download the bodybuilding mesh? My computer hates them.

Hi I think it will still work but will just revert back to the slim bodytype
