Henrik's Archive / Lot Crashing Game

I absolutely love this lot and really really want to play with it, but when ever I go in to whether to build or visit it crashes my game.  I downloaded the custom content needed but can not figure out why it is crashing.  This is the only lot in my game that crashes it which is why I am posting this here.
