This was a request by our fearless leader, Jessica...well, it was inspired by the request. I didn't like the roofline because it made the house look too Amityville, so I changed it to look more like a house you'd find on any beachfront property in Florida. I also added a lot of windows, although the finished home still doesn't have enough of them for my tastes. And there's now a porch...I have a weakness for porches.
The inside is pretty much exactly like the floorplans, minus the walk-in closets everywhere. Wide open spaces are the order of the day in this cute 1 bedroom loft. The perfect little getaway for a single Sim on the move or a newlywed couple.
Plus, there's no driveway, so those folks that don't have NL can use it with no problems! I've already got the perfect couple in mind for this home, how about you?

Smaller homes on small lots are hard for me to do because I love room to stretch, but this one fits the bill. Welcome Home.
