Halloween 2006 -- Wicked Witch (Teen Version)

Well last year I did a bunch of halloween simmies but now when I look back at them, I realize they all pretty much sucked.
So I might update those ones and reupload them...in the meantime I will be making new halloween simmies.
Here is part 6 of my "Halloween 2006" Collection.
This is a Wicked Witch...female teen sim

Of course when I say wicked I mean it in a good way

I know, I should've uploaded her with the adult version but I hadn't figured out if i was going to make a teen version when I made the adult one....and no there will not be a child version (there is no hat or broom mesh that is child-enabled )
