Well this lot was the result of me just playing around with a community lot....playing around for several hours i mean lol
I figured I'd share it with you guys.

I call it Gigi's because it was the best non-fancy restaurant name i could come up with.

I have all expansion packs but I'm not sure I used stuff from all of them--I think I might have though. Sorry

I know the lot isn't that good, so if you want to give me constructive criticism, please do.

There are two versions: unfurnished for those that want to decide what kind of restaurant/hangout it is, and furnished is completely ready-to-go just put it in your neighborhood and start sending your sims there

Community Lot
3 x 3 lot size (medium)
2 bathrooms downstairs (one for guys, one for girls)
1 restaurant (with kitchen and bar)
dance floor for diners that feel like dancing (furnished dance floor has dj table and dance lighting)
entryway/waiting area in front (wait to be seated area lol)
Upstairs has 2 private karaoke rooms
Furnished upstairs also has a pool table, dart board, tv's, poker tables, games, and photobooths

Lot can run without employees, but if one of your sims purchases the deed to the lot, the lot will need at least 3 employees to run the restaurant properly and maybe 1 "professional" dj.

Cost for furnished community lot: $140,415
Cost for unfurnished community lot: $38,444

There are some recolors of maxis items in the Furnished Version but i don't know who made them since they aren't clearly marked.
