I called this one pool house because the pool surrounds the house and I am totally uncreative when it comes to naming things lol

There are 2 versions: furnished and unfurnished. Both versions are decorated outside though.

4 x 3 lot size (medium)

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (although if you just download the unfurnished version, you could use the rooms for whatever you want--or start a home business)
