This is the first of my townhouses to go with the Calvin Klein store.
It was made pre-nightlife so the garages are fake but can easily be upgraded with the "real" thing if you have nightlife.
All my townhouses are built from actual floorplans I have found on various sites and that is why some of the smaller rooms might be too small to use but I wanted them to be as accurate as possible and not be "bloated".
This lot has two mirrored homes attached through an old brick wall, comes unfurnished except from appliances and uses no custom content whatsoever.
