This is part of a street I made in the game. It is based on a neighborhood I visited once where all the houses were basically the same but their layouts were slightly varied.

The house comes in two versions: unfurnished (exterior decor only), and furnished

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (although if you just download the unfurnished version, you could use the rooms for whatever you want--or start a home business)...
