Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean

Ok so I am a fan of Flip This House (it's a tv show). Anyways one of the flip teams is the New Haven, CT one and they flipped this house from 1910. It looked horrible, it had very little space inside, and it looked great when they were finished.

I don't have a picture of the "after" but I like my version better anyway lol. I added a garage/driveway and changed the front of the house's look but the floorplan is pretty similar; I only made it a tiny bit wider to be able to fit sim furniture in it. It's a nice little house for your sim's family

The house only comes in one version: unfurnished.

The pictures were taken before i put the interior doors in (I thought I already had everything done when i started taking pics lol) so although it looks like there are no doors, there really are lol

There are also recolors of maxis items that I used, I'm not sure if they were included in the lot though, they dont show up in Clean Installer.

Note: If you get a weird message from Clean Installer with this lot, just click ok and it will open as normal then install it. I dont know why, but its giving me the weird message and I thought it might give you guys the weird message. I tested it and it installed properly after I hit ok.

I love that show too. Man, they really do some fantastic work on those houses. You did a great job with this one. Maybe they should be looking at your work here for ideas too. LOL
