The holidays are coming in a few weeks so I figured I had to bring them into my Victoria Street homes.
Here is the first one with a bit of a holiday theme.
It comes partially furnished and with some of the x-mas downloads from sims2.com.
The house features
2 regular bedrooms
1 master suite with private bath and walk in closet.

Large family room complete with fireplace and x-mas tree
Tv room
Pantry
This house is a bit more expensive since it is partially furnished so it costs 203.870 simoleans. Not for the poor sims....
It has the custom snow terrain made by Lezibeth at modthesims2.com
