Hello again 

Time for another Victoria Street addition.
This time it's number 358 newly built with an old feel to it.

The house is made up of
3 bedrooms
3 baths
Large living area with high celing
Dinging room in the front
Study
Large patio with pool
Double garage
A large garden.

This home costs 169.353 simoleans and comes unfurnished but with plumbing and appliances for the kitchen.

I hope you like it and my next addition will be the Victoria Street holiday house decorated for x-mas

The dual driveway and the wall around the lot is extremely cool. Very appropriate given the style :D
