Hi again.
This is a small shop with and apartment above, ready for those sims that wants to start their own business :D The shop can be turned into whatever you want since the only decorations made are the floors and walls. The rest is up to you :)

The bottom floor has the shop and an office. There is also stairs leading up to the apartment above.
The first floor has a small apartment with living area with kitchenette, bathroom and a bedroom with a walk in closet that can easily be turned into an extra bedroom.

The building is made on a small lot and costs only 59.599 simoleons and thats a bargain!  :eek:

This is made to fit with my other "New York" and "Friends" lots so it has a city feel to it.

I hope you all like it and let me know what you think :)

As you may see by my posts, I am knew to this site.. I am a frequent flyer @ MTS2- but I came here specificaly looking for your lots! And I am SO glad I came. You really are my hero today as I am in need of community lots & everything I have seen (and downloaded) is just fabulous! I can't thank you enough for sharing your talents with us!

Awww, thank you :) I'm happy that people like my lots. I unfortunately don't have that much time at the moment to finish and make new lots but as soon as things slow down I will upload some more community and residential lots for you all :) I'm so happy you like them :)
