Hello again
After mostly making city lots i decided i needed some other lots to fill out the suburbs of the neighborhood, this is where i came up with Suburbia Lane
It features mostly low rise apartment buildings in soft colors, many of them with a community area with pool and playgrounds.
This is the first of these lots.
All the apartments are based on my own apartment
The middle apartment on the ground floor, right opposite the parking lots is my real apartment, how it looks at the moment.
All the other ones are designed after how I would like my home to be, if i could afford the remoddeling that is
The lot has 8 modern apartments (Except my own that is hopefully out of date) all with wallpaper and carpeting lade in and with modern appliances and plumbing.
There are two parking lots in front of the buildings and the back houses a barbeque area with pool and sunbeds.
This is a residential lot and it costs 240.393 simoleans.
It could easily be converted to a dorm for university with the changelotzoning cheat
I hope you like it and more will come in this series aswell as in the city scape series, as soon as work slows down
