I finally finished it!!
This gorgeous beachfront home was originally requested by our industrious and multi-talented leader, Jessica. I've actually finished this home twice before, hated it, scrapped it, and started over. Now, at long last, I have a version of this home I can live with! The main problem was the deck. The original home called for a thirty-degree angle, impossible in Sims2, and that end of the house also had the same angle. A compromise was made, but then I couldn't get the roof angle just right...I jumped for joy when Pets came out, because it adds diagonal hipped roofstyles! Yay!
Of course, that means you'll need Pets in order to have the roof work out just right.
There are three bedrooms, with the master suite on the first floor, and two and a half baths. The upstairs bathroom has a 'Jack and Jill' feature that is gaining popularity in today's homes. The house also has an exercise room, two television rooms, and a bar in the great room, perfect for those Sunday socials, while the D.J. booth on the deck brings the party to life!
