A while ago, I promised one of our members that I would try to build some of the beach houses lost to Katrina. The only problem was, I didn't have any photos to go by, so the project stalled. Recently, however, I was able to take a road trip to the coast.
There are so many different styles and designs that picking a few was difficult, so I decided to make an amalgamated version in three homes. This is the first: Perdido Bay. The home is a basic bungalow design, as most beach houses are, but is packed with features, like a screened in back porch and plenty of deck space. It also comes furnished. (Maxis stuff only) This is one of those bungalow style homes that appear so often in the Deep South. (see Functional Floorplan)

Enjoy the home! NOTE: I'm going to furnish all my homes from now on, so that way everyone can just 'load and play' instead of having to spend time putting stuff in them. Well, at least I'm going to try. If furniture makes the file too large, the lot probably won't be furnished. All of the basics are covered, but anything special and extra decorative will still have to be added.
Welcome Home.
