Well this is a little shop with an apartment above it that I made for one of my home-business sims...I thought since it turned out decent I would share it with you.

I call it "Around the Corner" because I made it on a corner lot and I was watching "You've Got Mail" while I made it lol

Maybe you guys will like it

It has 2 floors, plenty of yard space for your pets (if you have that EP), and a large pool. There are two versions: unfurnished for those who want to decorate themselves, and furnished for those that want an almost-ready-to-open business.
