Well this is a little house I made for an elderly woman recently widowed; since she now has grandchildren who visit her all the time she needed a slightly bigger house, so I built her this one...I thought since it turned out decent I would share it with you.
Maybe you guys will like it 
There are two versions: unfurnished for those who want to decorate themselves, and furnished for those that want a ready-to-use house.

In the furnished version there are also recolors of maxis items but since they arent labelled I dont know who made them.
