ALL EP'S REQUIRED
Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean

Well this is a family home I made to put my newest family into (its a combination of sims I've uploaded on here before--you guys arent missing out on anything lol)...I thought since it turned out decent I would share it with you.
Maybe you guys will like it :)

It has 2 floors, plenty of yard space for your pets (if you have that EP), it has space for a driveway if you decide to put one in (if you have NL), and it has plenty of space upstairs for a play area (either for kids or for adults lol)

Info:

3 x 2 lot size (labelled "small" but its on the cusp of being medium-sized)
2 bedrooms upstairs
1 bathroom downstairs
fenced in yard
semi-enclosed kitchen
several trees and lots of bushes

This lot technically should only require university and nightlife at most, but since I don't know for certain I had to label it as all ep's (I know I didn't use anything from OFB or Pets for certain)...please be aware of this in case you don't have all the ep's.
Please try installing the lot with Clean Installer to avoid problems.

If you want to give me constructive criticism, please do.

This looks like the perfect home for my new miss short shorts.  :grin

Constructive feed back wise and I won't know for sure till I play it for a while. The bushes out front I'm thinking will
cause some waving and griping from the more active clean type sims, since they can't reach the sections of the hedge that will grow out of control.  Easily fixed by removing a hedge or two from the inner walk side.  Not sure if this is much of a feed back because it's pretty minor.
