This is part of a street I made in the game. It is based on a neighborhood I visited once where all the houses were basically the same but their layouts were slightly varied. This home would be great for a large family or several housemates

The house comes in two versions: unfurnished (exterior decor only), and furnished

5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (although if you just download the unfurnished version, you could use the rooms for whatever you want or demolish a room or two--or start a home business)...
