I tried making Dan's house from "Charmed" The house to the left of the Halliwell manor. Should be numbered 1327 if I'm correct
I have no idea what it looks like on the inside since all we have seen is the bedroom and that seemed to be just re-used sets from the Halliwell manor anyway
Even had the same wallpaper as the manor LOL
Anyway, this is my version, the closest I could come without using too much custom content.
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, diningroom, livingroom and study.
Please note that some of the upstairs windows had to be place using the snapobjects cheat since that was the only way to put them straight above the windows on the ground floor. So these windows are not see through!The ouside was hard to make realistic since I can't find any sidings that look like the ones on the real house but I used the "cream" siding from the base game so I hope you like it
