"Ghost Whisperer" Same as it never was Antiques (new version)

Hello again

Here is my new version of the antiques store run by Melinda Gordon in the TV-show "Ghost Whisperer"
I made another version a few days ago but I was not happy with using only original Maxis content so I descided to make a new version with custom stuff.

This is what I came up with It is a pretty hefty lot but I mostly used custom content only for the building except from a few small thinks inside.
Most of it is unfurnished with just appliances and plumbing in the apartments and just a few items in the stores to give you a hint of what they could be used for

The lot costs 308.972 simoleons and it's made a commercial lot but you can use the cheat changelotzoning to make it residential if you like

It has:
2 clothing stores
Same as it never was Antique store (Melinda Gordon's store)
Perfume shop
Grocery store
+9 apartments in various sizes

This is the list of the custom content used and you MUST install it prior to installing the lot for it to look like in the screenshots.
I might have forgotten something but hopefully I haven't

Wonderful job Downloaded Now a queston.....* TSR stuff is it freebie atm or will I have to wait if I didn't already get it? I still haven't been able to talk hubby into letting me use our credit card for it .  He so does not  like when I play the Sims

And again it's a swellegent lot.  ( my new word since seeing a movie lol I know I need help )

*edit: Answered own question windows are not free atm. And I hate how at times they put up the  recolors for free and not the mesh. I'm sad now. Hmmmmmm how to get 8.95 past my hubby

lol pixie they tend to do that alot--put recolors free and not the mesh...or the other way around (why download just the mesh when you need at least one recolor in order to use it?)...they do it so you have to keep coming back and checking...or pay the money to get it all. If you spend the money, make sure you set aside a huge chunk of time to go through and download everything you could possibly want/need lol

It seems the windows are not free at the moment but I'm gonna try sending a PM to windkeeper and see if I can get permission to post the meshes and recolors needed in the thread or include them in the lot. I will let you know what he says

If he doesen't give me permission I will see if I can change the windows to another kind that is free ok

As for just putting the mesh up that dosn't bother me as much at least I know how to recolor stuff ( just takes time)and if it is white it's useable anyways.

From what I heared its randomly picked by a computer program.  But if that is the case how does it pick so many dang recolors lol and not a silly mesh that is needed

Woot was able to download the windows and tons more from TSR hubby finally gave in to a 2 month sub. Made a deal with him since he has a tryout for online DJ and needs more music if he makes it figured fair is fair.

 So now I can have your awsome Lot with all the fun stuff
