100 Grape St [Seasons,NL,Uni,Pets,OFB]

Wasn't sure what to name the street and I was eatting grapes therefore grape street :D.I haven't uploaded in awhile went on a trip and I have been playing seasons like mad.Okay moving onto the lot its a 2*3 cost 48,741 no custom content or hacks has two bedrooms and one bathroom.It has a nice starter garden in the back also has a pond.I am not very good at yard work so I just stuck with the simple garden.I think it only requries all eps except uni but just to be safe I am saying all eps.Please enjoy!
