Warning: PLEASE READ "GAME HELP" SECTION REGARDING ITEMS MADE WITH PETS INSTALLED.
I DID NOT USE PETS BODYSHOP TO CREATE THIS ITEM, BUT YOU MAY STILL ENCOUNTER ISSUES WHEN INSTALLING IT. PLEASE INSTALL THIS SIM WITH CLEAN INSTALLER AND IF THE SIM STILL DOESNT WORK, PLEASE TRY INSTALLING IT TO YOUR "SAVEDSIMS" FOLDER INSTEAD OF "DOWNLOADS"....THIS HAS WORKED FOR SOMEONE WITHOUT PETS.


Well this was requested over at S2C and I thought I would try to make her. I'm not too happy with her but I spent a long time fiddling with her and ended up decided I couldn't do anything else to her. Although I used pictures of her from both her darkskinned era and her lighterskinned era, this sim is based on her with darker skin and more filled out cheeks because I like her better with that look lol.


eyebrows, blush, eyeshadow, and skintone: by Helaene
lipcolor and eyes: VisageSims
eyeliner: by Barcelonista (mts2)
dress: by Milano (mesh by SimChic is included in the sims2pack)
hair: by XMSims

noooo..i cant get her to work, because i dont have pets.....darn i finally found a good josie maran sim and i can install her....

have you already tried installing her? with clean installer?
I haven't been using the Pets Bodyshop to make anything, I've been using the OFB one hoping to avoid the issues for you guys without Pets. But I don't know if that is working or not because nobody has tested it out and told me lol

So please try installing her with clean installer and see if she shows up in your bodyshop/game.
I am recommending using clean installer because any sim made with any ep gives that "expansion pack needed" error if you install it with the sims2 default installer (I made a help page about it)

I am glad you like the sim though.

yes, i use clean installer everythime i install sims, and it didnt work...it might be because i dont have OFB just yet?

OFB isn't like pets, it doesnt require you have it in order to use clothing/sims made with it.
What do you mean by "doesnt work"? Are you getting an error message with clean installer? If she showing up in bodyshop/CAS? If she does show up, is there something wrong with her? Keep in mind, she will be slightly darker in your bodyshop (I use bright lights when I take pics).
Please let me know, so far you're the only one giving me any feedback about my stuff since I installed pets.

no she's not showing up at all in my CAS or bodyshop... i tried installing her a second time and it said the files were in my downloads folder they just arent showing up in bodyshop...maybe theyre not really in my downloads folder? i dunno..ill keep trying and hope it works

well, i havent been able to get her to work...i dont know why, all of the files worked except for the sim file....the hair, makeup,  clothes, and te eyes worked...just not the sim. So what i did was use your pics to try and recreate her...but my skills arent very good so my josie wont be very good.

try installing her to the saved sims folder instead and seeing if that works :?
