This is the famous house from the movie Amityville II.

It's my version so there might be some things that differ from the "real" set house but i tried to make it as close as i could  :)

The lot requires university and is a residential lot so if you dare move your sims in here beware!

It uses no custom content except for the great painting made by Witchboy from MTS2 and GSC2.
The painting is included as a stand alone file in this post.

Unfortunately the "evil eye" windows required to make it look even more like the real house are only available at TSR2 so I could not include them here since it is a pay object

Anyway I hope you like it and please let me know what you think  :)

**Requres university and CEP**

**Has been previously posted on MTS2**

Not so bad in the day light, but come the night... *shudder* "get out!"

The only thing missing are the eye-like windows glowing menacingly at you... and a bloody floor and wall or two. LOL
So I am now a Featured Artsit on TSR... whoopdee f***ing sh*t. Get over it.  Now that this is covered to my satisfaction, next topic please.

Great job on the Amitville house...just wanted you to know there was an anniversary of the movie/book/tragedy or something not too long ago and they had a lot of coverage on the news about that house and those evil eye windows are gone now!! Too many ppl recognised the house for those windows so the new owners remodelled the house now.I think they just changed the style of the windows there and put up new siding. Your house looks identical to it!!

*nods* I remember when they remodeled the house to remove the tale-tale windows. That was some years ago.

*giggles faintly* I still find it hillarious that the whole ghost story behind the house was fabricated by the killer's lawyer, and then the family they were paying to stay in the house to "prove" the story ran off and sold the movie rights to someone else. Seeing as the killer made up the story in the first place specifically to sell, so he'd be rich off of his own family's murder when he got out of jail, then he got screwed over by the con artist family.. hehe.. just goes to show Karma at it's best ;)

Awesome house~! It's too bad the eye windows were pay only :(

I remember thinking while I watched the movie for the first time, "Those poor people...they paid so much for this house and it's nothing but a money pit."

Still, beauty house, eh? (I'm going to Canada soon and thought I'd try out my dialect)

I've been to Canada a dozen times and I have never heard the famous "aboot" that the comedy shows use for Canadians. Then a couple years ago when heading up to Revelstoke, I was sitting on a greyhound with my best friend and the driver comes over the intercom:

"Well we're aboot so and so km from Calgary.."

We both just stopped dead and stared at eachother. *giggles* Couldn't believe it!
